2 The process protocol for preservation of trimmed tender coconut has been standardized and commercialized 
3 Extrusion processing parameters for coconut milk residue enriched extrudates has been optimized and commercialized as “Kalpa Krunch”
4 Production process for nutritious extrudates from foxtail millet and coconut milk residue blend has been standardized.
5 Standardized the process for production of virgin coconut oil by induced fermentation method
6 Evaluated the air blast sprayer for Coconut
