·         Design and developed a Tender Coconut Trimming Machine, Testa Removing Machine and Tender Coconut Cutting Machine


·        The process protocol for preservation of trimmed tender coconut has been standardized and commercialized


·         Extrusion processing parameters for coconut milk residue enriched extrudates has been optimized and commercialized as “Kalpa Krunch”


·         Production process for nutritious extrudates from foxtail millet and coconut milk residue blend has been standardized.


·         Matured coconut water based value added products have been developed.


·         Modelling the quality standards of virgin coconut oils derived from various methodologies [J. Food Process Eng. 43 (6):p.e13395].


·         Process parameters optimized for the production of jaggery infused osmo-dehydrated coconut chips [LWT, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.lwt.2021.111441]


·         Developed a cashew apple pomace powder enriched cereal based extrudates [LWT, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.lwt.2020.110539]
