·         Improving the nutrient adsorption and visibility of suspension culture through charcoal balls

·         Identification of finest basal media for embryogenic callus production in coconut

·         Identification of optimum auxins and herbicide forms for coconut tissue culture

·         Identified the effect of different sugars for enhancing embryogenic callus in coconut tissue culture

·         Identified the optimum concentration of charcoal to be used in basal media for coconut callus production

·         Standardizing the concentration of calcium chloride in coconut tissue culture basal medium for enhancing the embryogenic callus production  in plumular explant of coconut Identified the effect of Abscisic acid as stress hormone in coconut tissue culture

·         Identification of pre-requisites for in-vitro culture environment for coconut tissue culture

·         Identified the effect of zeatin riboside at different stages of coconut tissue culture development

·         Identified the Effect of fluridon, atrazine and metatopolin in coconut callus induction

·         Identified the Effect of LED lights on in-vitro coconut embryo culture

·         Identified the Effect of LED lights on coconut embryogenic callus

·         Effectively decreased the media and culture contamination in coconut tissue culture

·         Studied the effect of stress induction in coconut plumular culture with salt

·         Studied the improvement in conversion ratio of meristamoids to plantlets using temporary immersion

·         Studied the effect of coconut water and haustorium in improving the embryogenic potential of callus developed from plumular explant of coconut

·         Embryo culture of sweet endosperm coconut, ‘Mohachao Narel’

·         Obtained A grade for overall performance for 99 FOCARS training (F.No. 99FOCARS-PE/2016 dated April 23, 2016)
