ICAR-KVK, CPCRI, Kasaragod organized a Farmer-Scientist interface programme at Friend’s Club, Kayyar, Jodukallu, Magalpady Panchayat of Manjeshwar Blockon 4^th August 2023. The programme was attended by 56 progressive farmers of the region. Shri. Ashok Holla, Progressive farmer and CEO Tulusiri FPO, Manajeshwar inaugurated the programme and Dr.Pathibha V H, Dr. Rajkumar, Dr. Surekha Scientists from CPCRI and Dr. Saritha Hedge & Dr. Benjamin Mathew SMS, ICAR-KVK, Kasargod handled the technical sessions. An interface programme was also held during which the farmers raised various issues related to Arecanut, Coconut and horticulture crops for which the experts shared the suggestions and recommendations. Along with the interface an exhibition was arranged showcasing various bioinput technologies from CPCRI such as Trichoderma coir pith cake, trichoderma enriched arecasheath, talc enriched Trichoderma, Liquid formulation of EPN etc. During the programme agriculture related leaflets, brochures etc. were distributed for the benefit of farmers
