Beneficiaries meeting and training on ‘mother palm selection and nursery management’ was conducted for 23 SC families on 11.11.2022 at Koliyoor Service Co-Operative Society, Thiruvallam, Thiruvanthapuram. Dr. Shareefa M., Senior Scientist, ICAR-CPCRI, RS, Kayamkulam served as the resource person. The training was followed by exposure visit to nearby coconut gardens and farmers were acquainted with the selection procedure of mother palms in root (wilt) disease tracts.
