Shri Sreedharan Pillai, Hon’ble Governor of Goa visited ICAR-CPCRI, Regional Station, Kayamkulam on 28.11.2022. He did a ceremonial planting of Kalpa Vajra coconut seedling, that was released recently for the root (wilt) disease-prone tracts of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Later, Hon’ble Governor interacted with all scientists and visited the laboratories. He lauded the outstanding technological services of the Regional Station to the coconut community in this platinum jubilee year of Kalpa Vajra celebrations.
