In the series of events under “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” ICAR-CPCRI, Kasaragod organised a lecture on “Body and Mind Management for Peaceful life”. The talk was delivered by Dr. P. Manivel, Principal Scientist & Head i/c, ICAR-CTRI Research Station, Vedasandur, Tamil Nadu. Dr. K. Muralidaran, Head, Division of Social Science and Nodal officer, ICAR-CPCRI, Kasaragod delivered the welcome address. Dr. Anitha Karun, Director, ICAR-CPCRI, Kasaragod presided over the function. Dr. P. Manivel highlighted the importance of body and mind and its management by relaxing techniques, food habits to be followed to be healthy and meditation techniques for peaceful life. Dr.R.
