High yielding cashew grafts (6250 number) procured from ICAR-KVK, Pantirumamdi were distributed to 104 tribal farmers of Kooyuru and Muchingput Mandalas of Paderu block as part of ongoing activities of STC (Scheduled Tribe Component).  Each farmer was provided 60 grafts to cover an area of 1 acre (8 x 8 m spacing).  The programme was conducted during 11-12 August 2020 and was coordinated by Integrated Tribal Development Agency, Paderu, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh under the leadership of  Mr. Prabhakara Rao, Project Horticulture Officer.
